At RapidWorks Consulting Limited, we recognise our responsibility to the environment extends beyond mere legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continuously improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods.
Our policy aims to:

- Minimise paper use in the office
- Reduce packaging where possible
- Prioritise recycled and recyclable paper products
- Reuse and recycle paper whenever feasible

- Reduce energy consumption
- Ensure lights and electrical equipment are switched off when not in use
- Consider energy efficiency when purchasing new products
3. Office Supplies
- Evaluate alternatives before purchasing new equipment
- Consider renting or sharing options
- Assess the environmental impact of new products
- Favour environmentally friendly and efficient products
- Maximise reuse and recycling
4. Monitoring and Improvement
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Continually monitor and improve environmental performance
- Incorporate environmental factors into business decisions
- Review this policy and related issues in weekly management meetings

- Update this policy annually in consultation with staff and stakeholders
Responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the RapidWorks directors Daniel Kay and Rebecca Kendrick. However, all employees share the responsibility to ensure these aims and objectives are met within their respective areas.
